Do you feel your work is part of something important? Do you need recognition to actualize your importance?

I don't care for recognition, I care for money. What I do to obtain money is important because what I plan to do with significant amounts of money is actually help humanity in ways which are not, and have not been done.

I don't need recognition, but yes, my job is important. All jobs are important in one way or another! As long as you know what you are giving in your place of employment and that you are giving your best to your employer then you are important!

Don't need glory, just satisfaction.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
