Tambien evalua a modo de que quieres mostrar el video, parece tipo documental, o tal vez periodistico. Yo le hubiese agregado fotos o algo asi cada vez que hablabas del pasado del colegio, amigos o lo demas. Personalmente me quede con la interrogante de por que iba a cerrar el primer colegio que mostraste, dijiste que serian departamentos, tal vez no hay suficientes alumnos, un escandalo de algun tipo, problemas financieros o que se yo.

Una ultima cosa, si vas a usar tu voz tienes 2 opciones: Escribes antes lo que vas a decir, para que todo sea mas fluido. O sigues asi, pero deberias mejorar mucho mas tu facilidad de palabra y la fluidez. Depende mucho del modo narrativo que quieras hacer.
