I think you may mean the Bb chord. It's played in the first position as 3211. It's the same 'shape' as the F chord on a guitar.
You need to fret (press down) the E and A strings at the first fret with your index finger, then reach over with your middle finger to the C string at the second fret and then use your ring finger on the G string at the third fret. Trying to play it with four separate fingers is impossible. Keep your fretting hand up higher by putting your thumb behind the neck.
Don't hold the ukulele in the palm of your hand for that chord. Your fingers have to come down cleanly and not hit anything but the string your after. Use the pad of your index finger rather than the tip to hold both strings at once.
Use the tips of the other fingers to avoid touching the other strings. The 3211 shape is one of the basic 'moveable chords' that you can slide up and down the fretboard to get different chords. If you slide it up one fret it becomes the B natural chord.
Up two frets and it is C and so on. When you get the chord playing cleanly try running it up and down the neck to see what happens.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
