In the U.S. No; airsoft falls under our country's F.P. S standards for what is classified a "firearm". You may want to try and google your countries laws to be sure if you happen to live outside the U.S. Though.
To use an airsoft gun you do not need to be 18. However you do need to be 18 years old to purchase one. In the U.S.What is most important is that you leave the orange tip on the gun.
The laws governing airsoft are shady at best. If you are with in city limits they will classify it as a projectile weapon and under no circumstance should they be used in city limits. Where I live both here in the U.S. And in the Philippines, I can remove the orange flash suppressor and not be bothered by the law.
The laws may vary from state to state. The states I have played in do require the orange tip. To play airsoft you still do not need to be 18 years old.
I encourage young ones to participate. It is fun and builds character.
But in most countries you need to be 18 or older.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
