U r in teenage.. At this age, facing certain situations can be more stressful than you can imagine.. With reference to your write up message, am thinking that you r obsessed with thoughts of getting a disease whle having a conversation with a group of people and especially you don't entertain people to touch you as you cant tolerate touching..dont get panicky... U get nightmares due to these thoughts in your mind.. I personally feel that you might be having OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE BEHAVIOUR which can be oversome by therapy.. The symptoms whatever you have mentioned was thr to a girl who was in mid 20's and she overcame the fear of touching by her own bro and mom. She also overcame the fear of thoughts of contraction disease from other people or group by therapy.. she is doing great.. she went for almsot 10 weeks to therapy.. npw she is perfectly fine.. My best wishes to you ...go see a therapist .... be cheerful :)) give it a try... :)) you will really start feeling better.. ..
Schizophrenia is really hard to classify in a paragraph, so I can't really answer your question. But it is the inability of a person's mind to distinguish fantasy from reality. It sounds like you did have some paranoid feelings, but this was after interacting with some people you found unpleasant.
It's normal to worry that people who made you uneasy might eventually hurt you, but these seem like overly distressed feelings. You may want to tell someone you know about this and arrange to see someone. Just stay calm, it is doubtful that anyone plans to harm you, just breathe, relax, and rest at home for awhile.
Contact a psychologist and see how you can arrange to discuss these things with them.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
