Only the AP and Pre-AP classes have summer assignments in my district. I'm going into AP Studio Art this coming school year so I have five pieces that I was supposed to be working on, based off of prompts from this list we got before summer started. So far I've only done one, and I've just drawn it.
I haven't inked or colored it yet, so I'm behind. I really love art so I don't really mind the project itself, but I've always been against summer homework of any kind so I always procrastinate. P.S.- If you start running out of time for your English assignments just go on Sparknotes and find outlines for all the books.
My friend and I didn't even read the books we were assigned last summer, we just read the summaries on Sparknotes and we ended up getting 80s on our essays.
My AP classes gave me the middle finger and assigned me stuff to do.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
