Do You have to dail the area code when calling a cell phone?

If the area code associated with the cell phone is within your calling area, then, no, you generally do not have to dial the area code. However, many people travel frequently between area codes, and most people use the address book programmed into their cell phone. As such, it never hurts to program the number into your cell phone with the area code.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
