There are several chemical strippers that do not contain methylene chloride. One of the most common of the safer chemical strippers contains N-Methyl Pyrrolidone (NMP), N-Methyl-2-Pyrrolidone (NMP). This solvent is being used by the Air Force apparently with some success, but you must be aware that the stripping time is longer than for methylene chloride.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
