AARP says the payment will be sent in late May or early June. " From what I understand this part of the stimulus won't be done by state, the way the rest of the stimulus money is.It'll be doled out by the federal government, so even if you state says no to stimulus money, you'll still receive this extra check.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
