I was in silimar shoes, I live in england not that it matters. But I didn't do well in my core subjects at secondary school (high school) so I decided to retake the year, and I ended up passing, and from there I progressed to college. The first year of college I FAILED ALL my exams (business, economics, government & politics and ICT).
The college did not take me after my results so I basically had to go around my city and other areas as far as 23 miles away, and lucky all that paid off I was given a place. Although i'm two years behind and have been in the classroom with younger students its not so bad, especially since i've passed by business, and as for my economics I will be getting that result after morning. Conclusion I HIGHLY recommend you stay in education, and get decent qualifications as it will be helpful later in life, especially since work places are VERY limited due to bad economies around the world, hence people with qualifications are more likely to get better jobs, so think of it as a LONG TERM investment.
You still have a chance! Take it...
Sounds like quite the predicament. The only thing I can speak with experience about is FLVS. I've been homeschooled on FLVS and I really feel it has saved my grades.
If I were you I would start over with 9th grade courses on FLVS, and choose the accelerated track for all of your classes. This way you wouldn't have to deal with being embarrassed at a real school, and may still be able to catch up. Online classes are harder because of self-motivation, not course material.
If you ever decide to go back to FLVS let me know if you need help with anything. Best of luck to you.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
