Sometimes a job that requires brain-work and not physical labor is very difficult and challenging. I prefer that and then perusing physical fitness on my own. I've always been a avid gardener and I love pilates -- my sister loves tennis.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
