Do you suffer from cold sores?

I used to get these types of sores a lot especially while growing up. Now I don't get them at all but when I used to I always applied honey with excellent results. Honey helps your tissue regenerate faster, also it has a painless application that has rejuvenating effects.

I've gotten rid of cold sores overnight using honey alone.

It is just normal nowadays to have cold sores especially the climate or maybe you are lacking in Vitamin C in your system, so to get rid of them you need to eat more vitamin C, fruits with high vitamin C content. In addition to this is that maybe you have some plants there in your country or place like oregano or other plants with liniment, apply the extracted juice from it leaves in cold sores. You can used guava leaves also, the young leaves mince it and extract the juice in the cold sores.It will heal fast.

Honey as the person mentioned above is good to help fight any kind of skin related infections as well as salt water rinses.. Best with the water is luke warm and the salt is dissolved already in it.. may sting a moment but it takes the pain right out after the sting... I have done it both without salt water rinses and with it. Heals 3 times as fast with it.. Every time.. Another thing to relieve it for me.. is to sit there after eating a bowl of cereal and just spoon the left over and milk and drip it over and over over the sore.. keep bathing in in a milk till the tissue is really soft then pat dry it and salt water rinse it.. This little trick helped me from keeping cold sores on my lip and in my mouth from getting worse.. and healing within days instead of weeks.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
