I'd say all the above and none at the same time. What will likely happen in a senario like that, is when a lot of discourse happens from very likely social program cuts, new addendums get added for more spending. The vicious neverending loop.

I think one radical solution will be to start taxing these wealthy churches, that are now sticking thier noses into political forums, and still hoarding thier money from the oppressed. Tax exempt status only covers churches that remain separated from state. There are some that only dole out to campaigns via watered down sources (unconfirmed).

Helping the poor in our country is what they should be doing anyway, instead of issuing a " God bless you" and a Gov't phone # for food stamps. Many churches are still growing super rich. They're just sitting back, watching the carnage.

Yes....it should have always been that way....then maybe less war etc too...since they can't afford it.

We need a balanced budget admendment with a cap on spending at 18% of GDP.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
