Do you think Ari Arad should stick to animation?

S two latest attempts at producing comic book movies sucked. The Hulk was a complete disappointment and the Punisher bombed. He's currently working on a Hulk not-so-sequel and I'm debating if I'll even spend the money with his producing it.

S animated productions have been ok and I'm thinking thats what he needs to stick to. Anyone have a different take? Anyone care?

The Jury is still out I liked the Hulk - I really liked what Ang Lee was trying to do with it. Hulk is such an iconic figure, and a lot of people were disappointed that he didn't make an appearance until half-way through the movie. I think it would have been exhausting to have to sit through 80 minutes of "Hulk Smash!" after 10 minutes of introduction.

The Punisher, while not a huge hit, doubled its budget in the US box office alone. DVD sales were good enough that in addition to the basic edition, there was a second "unrated" edition done. Again, I liked it.

I like Thomas Jane, and I thought he brought an everyman quality to Frank Castle. The movie was meant to establish and introduce the character - hence, he didn't become "The Punisher" until the very end. That being said, I love the casting of Ray Stevenson as The Punisher.

I watched season 1 of Rome on HBO, and Pullo was a great character. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
