Do you think congressman Anthony Weiner should resign?

Hell no! People are so hung up on these potato-up-the-ass values to define anyone as "scum" for doing something THAT weak. Sexting.......OOOOO, he's "scum" for that?

People should but don't have any privacy. I think your sexual life is your business.........unless you molest kids or commit rape. He didn't break any laws, so this weak-ass crap about "sexting" shouldn't have any bearing on him.In the past, no one would give a crap.

Today we live in a police state with unspoken, procrustean rules and electronic harassment for anyone with the guts to stand up to them. This focus on something so trivial is a pathetic sign of how easily Americans have "bent over" to "invisible pressure".

I haven't followed the story that closely but my understanding is he did not send anything to anyone that did not want him to. As far as how he and his wife work things out, that is between them. Besides, doesn't he have to live up to the Weiner name?

LOL! I think he should stick it out (no pun intended) and let the voters decide in the next election. He still seems to have a lot of his constituents' support.

Wiener fought very hard to help the first responders who are still sick from 9/11. He made very passionate plea for these victims. Many first responders including firemen and policemen are still suffering injuries and lung problems.

Many other politicians mainly Republican refuse to help those victims and rather protect the rich from paying their due taxes. I want my tax dollars to benefit those victims rather than provide subsidies for the oil companies and corporations. If he should be replaced, can you find some who cares more about the sick than the rich and wealthy corporations?

While nobody is perfect, I feel those denying medical help to those victims of 9/11 should resign first. I have bigger issues with politicians who neglect sick than with those who have fallen to temptations of the flesh. Christ had the same view.

If Christ was here, he would say you better be perfect before you cast the first stone on Wiener. Can I assume that those of you here condemning Wiener are perfect? Make sure you never ever had a sexual thought, fantasy or sexual desire outside the context of a healthy married relationship.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
