Do you think England will win the 2018 World Cup bid?

I think now we can stop believing that the World Cup goes to the host who can put on the best experience for players and fans. If it was about that then England would have won the bid for 2018 and the US or Australia would have won the 2022 bid. If FIFA had the interests of third world countries at heart it would set minimum standards of civilization in a country before it could host a world cup.

Russia lacks press freedom and it's legal system is corrupt. Qatar has muslim Sharia law which means that women are not equal to men under their law.

Big bribes offered early on and quite high up the tree, then increase the payments after the draw. Pay with things rather than cash. Allegedly.

BTW, they came fourth, first out of the voting, they only got 2 votes.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
