Do you think that Brian Burke is not acquiring enough tough and gritty players for the Toronto Maple Leafs?

I don't think a team should look for more "goons" at the expense of other talent on the team. Having said that and looking over the Toronto Maple Leafs roster, Don Cherry has a good point. I was astonished to see that only only player on the team had over 100 penalty minutes in the 2009 - 2010 season.

That player was Colton Orr with 239 penalty minutes. The lack or penalty minutes usually does mean lack of toughness, hard hits and fights. I usually don't like fights, but sometimes it is needed just to shake up a team that is playing legarthically.

Maybe Brian Burke should try to add a few more tough guys and eliminate some of the "dead weight" he has on his roster. Overall increase in toughness could result in more victories and more exciting brand of hockey for the fans.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
