I think they should be outlawed. They are not helping matters in the least.
Well there are some serious mental health risks, that is for sure. But the radiation received is minimal. It would take about a hundred to equal an x-ray from a doctors office.
For sure, though I think it's been exaggerated by so called 'experts' and the media who feature many of these experts. Obviously these devices do give off radiation (very small amounts). I don't know the exact figures for the doses of radiation received, though as already stated, it is less than a normal x-ray, and I imagine it would take years of very frequent travel for it to have an effect if indeed it would.
Personally I don't think there's any need to panic about it, at the same time I might argue that if there is any potential risk, then do the benefits of them really outweigh the risk/can similar benefits be achieved through alternative methods...?
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
