In my experience, vegetarians have just as much ability to follow unhealthy diets as meat eaters.

I would say no, but vegetarians will argue the point. You need protein to be healthy which meat provides. They will argue that substitutes like legumes, etc., will make up for the lack of meat.

If they are not totally meat free, like eating fish or chicken, they are healthier than eliminating all meat in my opinion.

Vegetarians are often Celiac but just don't know it.Incorrect. Vegetarians are no more one to celiac than meat eaters. They may not have enough zinc in their body to digest meat.Incorrect.

Zinc has nothing to do with digestion. Please stop giving incorrect diet and medical advice.

Vegetarians are often Celiac but just don't know it. They may not have enough zinc in their body to digest meat. I didn't eat meat...mostly dairy and gluten...which hurt me when I was younger.

Getting enough protein is important...it helps to turn on and off genes and helps to rebuild the cells.

Right now my body can't eat meat...due to heavy metals...but I eat eggs..I can't also have dairy. It is not a choice of mine right now compared to when I was younger but just what my body can handle.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
