Yes, I think so and the reasons are both biological and cultural Women sexually mature at a younger age than men, so it's reasonable to expect them to start thinking about procreation at an earlier age. Since marriage is still the norm for beginning a family, they obviously will start thinking about it. But there's also considerable cultural pressure on women to start families.

This is true in every culture I know of. Even though feminism is on the rise in western countries, the cultural basis for women starting families is still present. From an early age, girls are given dolls to play with.

This is a not so subtle clue as to what is expected of them later in life. Boys, on the other hand, aren't given any toys that make them start thinking about having a family. The culture pressure isn't there.

Definitely In the old days, women did think about marriage at an early age because we had the term "old maid" if she didn't get married by the time she was 30. However, times are different now. Women are starting to not think about marriage at all.

I think yes I believe women do think about marriage at an earlier age than men because thats how society makes it look..if you watch televison and when there is talk about an engagement or marriage on any show they always say oh the girl has been dreaming about this her entire life she needs the perfect wedding and this is her day..when a young girl sees that she starts thinking about it and then she starts dreaming about it, there are alot of women who want families so they also start thinking and planning weddings,i sont want to say that women are more sensitive then men or that they are more sentimental but it appears thats how it is, its always like the guy doesn't want to settle down and the woman does..Women are programmed from a young age to want marriage and look beautiful on the one day..to girls its about walking down the aisle having everyone say look how beautiful, to men its different.

We start as little girls... Most little girls play with baby dolls, have a doll house, Barbi and Ken dolls, play ’dress up’. We love our Daddy and think the man we marry whould be just like him...so little girls start thinking about being a wife and mother pretty early in life. Little boys at the same age are playing with trucks, footballs, baseballs, army men...and want to grow up just like their favorite sports hero. Perhaps.. I think that if we do, it's all due to social conditioning rather than any sort of biological imperative. Biologically, women are driven to find a mate who will provide for their eventual children, while men are driven to spread the seed far and wide. The rest is just social bullcrap.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
