I never use make up on a daily basis and never have done. But certainly, as another hubber has already mentioned, cleansing of the skin and toning - mositurising if needed - is an every day thing for me.
I guess I must be the most vain person to answer your question so far because I do use makeup every single day and have since I was allowed to at age fourteen. I don't leave my house - even my bedroom - without it! I wish this wasn't true, but it is.
I have very light skin and eye color and tend to just disappear without it. I don't recognize my own reflection until I at least get some eyeliner pencil on. Having said that, if you are comfortable and happy with your appearance without makeup I wouldn't be too worried about using it.In fact, I am envious of you!
I wish I could go back in time and alter my own notions about it, but it's too late for me now. I genuinely believe that makeup does improve my appearance and don't feel right without it. Judging by all the products available, I believe that many other women have fallen into the same trap.
I think that makeup is generally safe. In forty years of wearing it I have never had an eye infection or skin rash or any other issue. Like everyone has said, I do think that proper cleaning of your face is important.
Also, NEVER share makeup with anyone or use old makeup, as it may have "spoiled" and grown bacteria or some such thing. If you try it and don't like it, it does wash right off.
I use make-up when going to work or shopping. I try to have as natural make-up as possible. By natural, I mean, I do not cake up on cosmetics.
This is because I want my skin to breathe through the make-up and avoid clogging of pores. I basically use tinted moisturizers, highlighters, cream blush, mascara, eyebrow pencil, and lip gloss. They may seem to be a lot but I try to put them lightly on my face.
I think other girls need to put on more make-up than I do. They may need it for their line of work or they may feel more beautiful with it. In terms of precautions, I always wash my face and remove make-up before hitting the sack.
Not cleaning up would definitely give me breakouts the next day. I also go for noncomedogenic make-up, which do not clog pores and irritate the skin.
I don't use makeup daily so I don't have any problam but cleasing of skin is must every day.
I don't use make-up Just don't like the look and at my age over 65 it just looks better to not wear the so called make-upBut if you do, Just make sure you use a safe make-up remover That comes in your daily creams.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
