We home school and love it. I did also teach pubic school and enjoyed that a lot. Both my husband and I attended private schools.
I guess you can say we did a bit of all of it and picked what worked best for your specific kiddos!
My children went to public school except for when we travelled around Britain with a caravan! For maths we would play double rummy (a card game ) and they had to add up their scores . They all have good jobs!
I know people who home schooled & it worked well for them.
My kids go to public school here in Ontario, but I have great admiration for parents who home school their kids... I honestly don't think I would be able to manage that financially, but I applaud those who can afford to and do so.
I homeschool my daughters, too. I am lucky as we live in a community that has a lot of homeschoolers and there are tons of activities to participate in and people to talk to.
My child does both homeschool and a charter school one day a week.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
