ING Direct doesn't state that it needs a direct deposit to set up a savings account so it most likely doesn't need one to be opened because it would be mentioned otherwise.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
