Does a landlord have to pay any utilities / ammenities?

Normally the tenant would be required to pay for gas, electric, cable, telephone and internet cost. Water and trash is normally paid by the landlord as most of the time a rental complex would have one water heater for the entire rental unit and not for each rental unit. Also trash is paid by the landlord as the city or the contractor hired by the city would not go from apartment to apartment collecting the trash, therefore the landlord would be required to provide this service to the tenants.

Your lease agreement would indicate the utilities that would be paid for by the landlord. Those not listed would be your responsibility. In order to have these utilities turned on in your name you would be required to contact each utility to find out the requirements to have the utilities turned on.

IN some instances you might be required to pay a deposit to have the utility turned on. Each utility you would be required to pay would send you a bill each month indicating the amount you owe, the amount of usage you were provided and used. You may select several options in paying these debts.

#1. Use the envelope provided and write a check in the amount you owe. You would need a stamp for each envelope.

#2. Set up an automatic payment system with your financial institution, using your computer. Each month your financial institution would automatically pay your debts based on the address and other information is needed to set this account up.

#3. You would list all your debts with your financial institution, using your computer, you would want to pay each month and other information required. As each bill arrive you would, you would manually enter the amount you want to pay on this debt and date you would like for your financial institution to pay this debt.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
