Does aiming for the perfectionism hurts someone in career?

Everyone is different. If you are a perfectionist in your field of work, you should be proud of who you are. Some jobs need to be more lenient but the professional approach is to keep doing your job the way you are suppose to.

Basically, depending on the job-- being a perfectionist might be the answer.

This do to the fact clearly out of selfish purpose to get ahead.

People see through fakeness! In time your goose will get cooked if you don't deal with this particular issue.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
