I have seen some websites that say they pay for your answers to surveys, yet cannot find one that does not offer points, one that you do not pay for up front etc. So thought I would ask here. Thank you for the answers. Asked by rangerseqs 48 months ago Similar questions: paid surveys internet rely referrals Business.

I do When you say referrals, I'm thinking you mean completing offers. I agree, these don't get you much. But don't completely dismiss sites that give you points.
Some good survey sites give you points that you can redeem for cash or gift certificates. Do dismiss sites that require you to pay them, whether it's to do surveys or to be directed to paying survey sites. They're charging for what you can find for yourself for free.
Start by going to Survey Police. Their recommendations and ratings are pretty much spot on. I'd say sign up with as many of the top 10 as you can and see how it goes from there.
I've registered with about 20 companies and have consistently gotten surveys from less than half. If you're under 40, a parent or work in IT you'll probably do better than that. At the beginning you'll want to do almost every survey that comes along, then eventually you'll sort out the companies and survey types that work best for you.
The crème de la crème is Pinecone because they're reliable and pay is usually $5.00 per survey. Basically, you have to luck into one of their banners when they're recruiting and then you have to be part of the demographic they need at the time. NFO-My Suvery and Global Test Market are great because they're among the few that pay you for screeners.
Those are surveys you take to see if you qualify for a particular survey, believe it or not. You can spend several minutes answering demographic questions, only to find you don't qualify. It's nice when companies recognize that your time is valuable and give you some compensation for not qualifying.
Also, those little bits of compensation can add up. HotSpex is better now that they've changed their rewards. You collect "bux" for surveys and can redeem through points.com.
You're usually evaluating a new product and that can be fun. I've also had good luck with LightSpeed, SurveySpot, SuveySavvy, Harris Poll Online and Greenfield. I've heard complaints about Greenfield, however, although I haven't had any problems.
I do e-Rewards surveys but there's no cash. You're not going to get rich doing surveys but you can make some pocket money. Cash compensation ranges from $1 to $10.
Other types of rewards are points or similar and sweepstakes. I don't do surveys where the only reward is a sweepstakes entry, although I have heard of people winning. Every now and then you'll get a focus group that can last from an hour one time to an hour or so a day over the course of a week or more.
I've made from $25 to $250 on those but, of course, they don't come along often. I think if you do surveys because they're fun and provide pizza money, you'll enjoy it and get some benefit, too.
Cash per survey They exist here in the UK. Pine Cone pay £4 for each survey direct to your paypal account. You also get paid if you test a product.
Valued Opinions offer cash which you get paid after 28 days but claim as amazon or similar vouchers. Ipsos pay cash but again you select vouchers for the high st shops. There may be more but those 3 send on average 10 surveys a month.
Guess it may be differet in the US.
Spedia, Tecknosurf, Spedia Tecknosurf are legit ones...I'll find more and msg you them...
Quickrewards quickrewards.net/ is a good and trustworthy site, there are - next to other earnings - two daily surveys, they pay very fast Sources: Quickrewards .
1 Still trying to figure out the system here, having sent off a message privately to one person who answered a question and thinking it would go public. Anyway, hope that this comment refers indeed to the question of home paid survey sites. There are legitimate paid survey companies that will pay you for completing a survey, but some will pay you prizes and other incentives and you won't always get paid cash for doing a survey.
There are paid survey directories, giving you access of paid survey lists where you can sign on to paid survey companies and get paid to answer surveys. Some will charge you a one-time fee for access to the paid survey directories. But the paid survey company itslef should never ask you to pay for taking a survey.
They should pay you for taking surveys, not the other way round. I've started a paid survey list on my site to list online paid survey companies which you can sign on to to get paid to answer surveys. I'm signed on myself to market research paid survey companies to get paid for doing surveys, and one of them you can check out if you wish here.In any case, I find that it's very true that if you want to do paid surveys at home and get paid for answering surveys, start by doing it for the fun, and be pleasently surprised when you do get a few dollars for taking the surveys paid to your Paypal account or in the mail.
Also, make sure you sign up only to legitimate paid survey websites, not to paid survey scams that are there to rip you off.
