Does anyone ever roast a goose anymore? Does anyone have a tried & true technique they will share with me?

No! They are too 'fatty'! The last one my family cooked years ago made us all ill as the amount of fat on the bird was terrible.

Don't know. My technique I use everytime. I go to the park, swim into the lake, pretend to be a goose then creep up on one, get my net out to catch one of them, go home, chuck it on the bbq and BOOM, roast goose.

You roast it just like you do a chicken..=).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
