Have a few sessions of leaving the carrier door open, put some food in there, on a soft towel and a dish of water. The cat might be curious, explore the new 'safe place' and have a nap there after eating. Once they get familiar with the area there won't be such a hassle to get them near it when it's time to travel.
She might even like it in there.(^..^) ;-) .
Goldie080 has some really good ideas!. I usually place a blanket or towel over the carrier with the door open to encourage 'visitors' and sometimes that works . One cat doesn't mind whereas the other will act as if she was going to her execution!
I always reward them with a treat and try to make the trip to the veterinarian a positive one .(My late cat would literally fight tooth and nail so when we finally arrived at the vet's office it was ME who needed medical attention! LOL! )=^,,^= .
Try placing the carrier on its end, picking your cat up under the armpits, facing away from the carrier, and when you have a good firm grip, turn and quickly lower them in hind feet first. Works great for my cats .
For best results; you can get your cat to relax by rapping it smartly behind the left ear with a baseball bat ;Dactually; I have had reasonably good luck with standing the carrier on end; lifting the cat by the scruff, and lowering it into the carrier. This makes it more difficult for the cat to perform the usual expanding-to-three-times-its-original-size trick to keep from ending up in the carrier.
Throw a towel over her head put her in carrier ad let her get out of the towel .
Put food in cage it helps also if thier busy eating thier not mad.
There is a type of cat carrier that allows you to remove the entire top of the carrier. It makes it sooo much easier to place the cat in the carrier, then put the top back on .
My one-year-old cat is dragging her back legs. The vet said she is fine. Why would she do this?" "Has ayone used soft claws on their cat's nails?
" "Do cats need meat? Will clipping their claws cause any problems?" "What kind of cat is best for someone who is allergic to cats? " "I still can't get my cat to eat and drink, even after I took him to the Vet.
" "my cat came back from being outside and I noticed she was limping and was bleeding from her stomach..took her to the vet" "What can I do for my cat's skin rash?(Duh, of course I'm going to the vet. )" "Is your cat a angel or a demon when it goes to the vet? " "My cat throws up sometimes have took him to a vet previously and said he might have cancer?
He hasn't lost any weight. " "Have you ever heard of a cat having vertigo? My cat seems to have it and don't know what to do.
All ready been to vet.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
