2 white vinegar and uncooked white rice. Pour em both in (only a little bit of rice) and cover the top (using your hand will work, if your hand is big enough)and shake. The vinegar will clean all the stuff off and clear out any smells, and the rice acts as a mild abrasive to scrub without scratching.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
