Does anyone have any experience with LG's new 2.1 Home Theater System (LFD790)?

Apparently this unit is so new none of the consumer electronic companies have any info. Or reviews about it, including Amazon. Any help in getting info.

8/10, not bad I spoke to a fellow writer currently working on a review. S opinion is as follows: - Looks: Nice looking components as long as you like black, form factor is elegant, touch panel controls look and feel resilient, display ligting clear and crisp even in daylight. - Video: quality is excellent, upconversion results are superior to the average.

- Audio: 2.1 audio is fair it's but hard to compare 3-speakers system with against any good 4+1 or better system. A bit weak and distorted at high volume for a 300w system. Audio is weakest point, especially if you like things LOUD.(his emphasis!)USB Media Plus input has yet to be fully evaluated.

All in all he plans 8/10 as rating so far, +/- 0.5 point. Said good device, superior as a whole to average products in the same category. Audio is OK if you have realistic expectations.

Wow, good question, because I don't have any idea either. Personally, I don't buy speakers from a company that is not know for making good speakers - you can say I am picky and stubborn.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
