At Yale, which I attended, all students except the freshmen live in residential colleges. These were modeled on the colleges at Oxford and Cambridge and include not only rooms where students sleep but their own dining halls and libraries. Students can take some classes -- usually special seminars -- under the auspices of their colleges.
Most Yale freshman live in dorms on the Old Campus and move into their colleges at the beginning of their sophomore years. At some other schools, residential colleges are fewer in number and may involve special interests or concerns. Students may apply to live in them because they share those interests.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
