Does anyone know how to hook up a Compaq cq50 laptop running Vista to an LG TV?

If the Compaq has an S-Video out port and the LG has a S-Video in port, then use an S-Video cable. You can also use a splitter to run the audio to the LG or else use a separate set of speakers.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
