Does anyone know of a Firefox add-on that allows you to consolidate bookmarks on different computers?

I have a USB drive with my own firefox bookmarks and passwords. To use it, I copy it to a known location on the target machine, then use the command firefox -P and add a profile, then manually select that directory for the profile.
