It's impossible to diagnose any of the 3 of the conditions you were told just from a blood test and lupus is very hard to diagnose and rare. All blood tests can at times give misleading results so your best bet would be to push you GP to get the ANA result sorted out quickly and decide if there is a reason for you to see a hospital specialist . To get the answers you want you need to speak to a qualified doctor as some of the information given above is not totally correct.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
