Yes. Time for health, exercise, relaxing, fun, work, thinking, dreaming, time with family friends. Put your best thinking time in a certain time.
Take care of yourself. Reach out to others. Be organized without being too rigid to change your sails when a hard wind hits you (metaphorically speaking) :).
I don't assign time specifically to anything during the day. But I usually have a mental note of what are the things to be finished in a day. I don't like to plan it detailed.
But mostly the things are gotten done, like exercise,making food, cleaning , being online, doing hobbies etc.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
