No. AquaGenomic Solution can remove most RNA contaminant. Trace amount of RNA does not interfere with most genomic DNA applications.
However, if complete RNA removal is desired, RNase A (200 ug/ml) can be added to the AquaGenomic solution prior to extraction. More.
