Does being obese say anything about a person's physical or behavioral fitness to be president of the United States?

The criticism Michelle Obama has received for wanting to teach obese kids in this country how to eat more healthy foods and get their weight down, should somehow play into this. Republicans have out and out put her down for wanting to effect obese children because they say it interferes with personal choice. That's like saying, "Don't give a person treatment for Cancer because it interferes with the body's natural ability to cure itself".

Now, we find they have an obese 'almost' candidate, and there is all of this debate about obesity in this country. People want it both ways, don't help, but wait, obesity may stand in the way of someone doing their job, don't lets have obesity, but if there is, don't judge it and at the same time, wonder if it is a sign of a personal lack of inner strength and character. Man, is this country confused or what?

So it takes a political candidate (in this case, Republican) with a condition to make people look at something? We can only hope that some Republican politician will, by some freak of nature, suddenly need unavailable healthcare, assistance from the government, want a gay marriage, want an abortion, need housing, and ultimately need a job. Maybe then these out of touch bullies will get a friggen clue about real life in America, and in this case, stop beating up Michelle Obama because 1.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
