No its not that bad just don't get hooked to every day! Mountain dew and pepsi do the trick to staying awake.
My boyfriend has one every day. They aren't the healthiest things, but then we all have our vices. As long as you don't start relying on them too much, once or twice a week is completely fine.
You would be surprised at how well the body can adapt to the many different ways we abuse it.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
