Does everything we eat and drink go thru our blood then thru our heart?

You really need to see a doctor, especially in light of the new American Heart Association guidelines for desired blood pressure. Even under the old standards your diastolic blood pressure is cause for concern. Your first number, the systolic, is the pressure against the vessels when the heart contracts.

Yours is pretty good, and could be considered within normal limits. The second number, the diastolic, is the pressure in the vessels when the heart is relaxed, and yours is high enough to indicate hypertension. Please see your doctor about this.

If you won't see your doctor go to your local fire department and let them check it.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
