Fox News is known for their hype and sensational stories. They always try to make the big headlines instead of bringing objectively and neutrally facts to the public (as befits a new medium). But to be honest, aall news media have a hidden agenda - in this way they generate a source of money for themself, to pay all their staff and make a profit.
I would honestly be amazed if that were not the case. In fact, I suspect that the big corporate lobby which everybody always talks about when it comes toe politicians also has a great influence on news media. I think they are approached by some large corporations to bring certain mews stories to the people, and to avoid or belittle others.
These huge companies have the money for this, and media companies see dollar signs. It's all the same feather and flock. A dirty capitalistic game that possibly results from years of indoctrination.
That our media are objective and uncolored is a fable. I do not say that socialist media have no blood on their hands, on the contrary, but here in the so-called "free West" media is best controlled by shady figures in the background.
Fox is admitedly conservative based, However, they are pretty fair and blalanced, in that every panel discussion features at least One Liberal to present to other side's biew. I know of no other network that does this.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
