Does God forbid us to travel to other worlds and time since that requires to use negative energy?

First, you would need to clarify how you would do that. I am not entirely clear what you mean by "other worlds"; however, nobody has managed to do time travel so far (to the best of my knowledge), whether with "negative energy" or by some other means. And it isn't clear whether something like "negative energy" (in a physical sense) actually exists.

You may have read or heard something like this in some science fiction story; this doesn't mean that it actually exists in real life. If it does exist, I don't see why God would forbid it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
