You know, many Japanese people show respect to Hiphop music and many American Hiphop artists are imported and promoted in Japan, BUT recent American Hiphop is pretty much ignored and lil wayne is never on its issue in Japan.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
