You didn't have broken skin, you can't even be infected by bacteria from his mouth. Come on, be serious. Every dog is required to be vaccinated against rabies anyway.
No he doesn't have it. Rabies does not spontaneously appear out of nowhere, and vaccinated dogs can't get it. It has to be given by a rabid animal to one who doesn't have it to be passed on to you.
Realistically I've had more 'wounds' from thinning out my raspberry canes than you've had with your dog. You weren't bitten, you were bumped.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
