He is racist to a degree but I would say that he is way more uneducated than racist. Most racist people are very uneducated about the things around them. For example, North Koreans can be thought of as a threat since they were once thought to be making plans to nuke the U.S. but most people would think South Koreans are just as bad.

This does not make sense as South Koreans have always been U.S.'s allies, but most uneducated folk would not be able to tell the difference. Just like people think Indians are terrorists even though terrorists come from the middle east which has nothing to do with India. Another thing I want to put out there, if it was not for him to voice over a song, which I would think would be illegal, he would still be living with his mom in a trailer.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
