No he doesn't~ The brother. Sister and mother of Sonic were created especially for Sonic underground. (although Sonic does have a mother and Father in the comics, but the mother is different from what she is in sonic underground).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
