No. One of the requirements for placement on the FHA Appraiser Roster is an appraisal designation issued by the state which meets the minimum criteria established by the Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB) of the Appraisal Foundation. Appraisers whose credentials meet the AQB criteria are not required to take any additional courses in order to remain on the Roster.
FHA does, however, strongly encourage approved appraisers to periodically enroll in one of the FHA appraisal related courses offered by the various educational providers as well as avail themselves of training opportunities offered by FHA. More.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
