No. There are two options for activation: • If the PC that you are using to install the Windows Mobile software is connected to the Internet you can use our online software activation system via your PC's Internet connection. • If you would like to activate the software without using an Internet connection we can generate a manual activation code for you.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
