Does opposing Immigration Reform prove that Republicans are not serious about border security?

Good grief! Where do these ideas come from? Border Security?

Weaken the US from within? Do you happen to know that our borders include all our coastline? How much are you willing to spend?

First, you've got to show that there's a security problem. Except for some of the border towns in Mexico's drug states, it hasn't been much of one so far. Second, do you know that some of the Indian populations along the border in Arizona and New Mexico have title to lands that span the border?

They regularly travel back and forth and have for centuries...and they have a legal right to continue to do so. Third, do you know that the entire southwest is full of Indians and Latino citizens who all pretty much not only look like each other but look like the illegals? There's no connection between porous borders and being weaken from within.

What weakens a country are weak, soft, demanding citizens, citizens who don't know what it is to do a hard day's work. Countries don't die because of immigrants. They die when their citizens become lazy, arrogant and effete.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
