Does PHP require, require_once, or include automatically read the file at page load?

If you place an include require statement in the body of an if (or else ) it'll be executed if the if 's condition is true.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
