In general you will receive more health benefits (via antioxidants) from brewing tea. If you would like the health benefits of tea without having to brew it then consider taking green tea extract in a capsule which is widely available from stores which sell vitamins and nutritional supplements rather than using tea bags.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
